Millions in federal family planning grants could be frozen as the Trump administration investigates whether they are used for diversity, equality, and inclusion efforts, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Planned Parenthood is among the groups that receive the grants, which total about $120 million this year and are distributed by the Department of Health and Human Services under a program called Title X, the Journal said.

The funding is meant to go toward pregnancy testing, contraception, treatment of sexual transmitted infections, and infertility counseling, according to the Journal.
